Miracle:	"Once I was going down the elevator when I saw a colleague, Bart, appear very tense. When I asked him what the matter was, he said that his father was nearing death. He had been unwell for some time, and now the time had come when he had come to terms with his approaching death. Even though he was nearly 50 years old, he found it hard to accept that his father would soon die. He just didn't know what to do". "I felt sorry for Bart. Having lost my father when he was only 49 (when I was only 18), I understood his agony. I silently prayed to Rayaru, imploring him to extend the life of Bart's father, since Bart was so shaken up by his approaching end. By the time I finished my silent prayer, the elevator had reached the ground floor. Bart stepped out and left with a heavy heart. "Two weeks later, I saw Bart again. I immediately asked him what the latest news of his father was, he was beaming when he said, "You know, I can't explain it, my father actually recovered so much that we were all shocked. I think it is due to his grandchildren who were visiting him; when he saw them he just wanted to live longer, so he did." "I merely smiled". The same devotee writes of another instance: "Dr. H, a surgeon, was in a hospital in India, for quite some time. He had grown addicted to some medications, and, as a result, had developed a very swollen foot. Soon other complications followed. When his physician tried to treat one problem, some other side effects developed. Shortly thereafter, his kidney failed. Other organs were slowly deteriorating. He was unable to speak. He had started to fail to recognize his own family members. His physician said it was merely a matter of days before the final moment arrived. This devotee prayed to Rayaru again. He also told Dr. H's mother that she should seek Rayaru's intervention, offering, with all humility, that she would visit Mantralaya within a month after her son returned to the house. Within four days after this, I received a call from India that Dr. H had suddenly regained his capacity to speak! Everyone around was overjoyed. At this rate, they are expecting that he may go back home in a week! I am shortly going to call his mother and remind her to go to Mantralaya, without wasting even a moment."
