Miracle:	Dear Devotees of Pujyapada Sri Guru Raghavendra Swami- I want to report a miracle happened to me and my family by the mercy of Pujyapada Sri Guru Rayaru. We had bought a house and moved in to it in May of 2005 .Previously we were living in a condo apartment. We rented it out after we moved out. But the problem with the renting was that we had a adjustable mortgage on it. so mortgage started going up every month. The rent money was not sufficient to cover the mortgage payment plus condo fees. So we decided to sell it. Accordingly I talked to a real estate agent and put it in the market for sale in 2006. Unfortunately housing market crashed and house prices started falling- so we had to reduce the price considerably. Even after reducing the price we could not find a buyer for over 2 years- so we were loosing money every month and incurred big loss. Then in July of 2008 we changed the real estate agent and also I started praying to Sri Guru Rayaru to help sell the apartment. Very next month we got a buyer who made an offer to buy. But we had some complication of cross collateral mortgage on the property- so mortgage company was not allowing us to close the deal. I kept on constantly praying to Sri Guru Rayaru to help resolve the problem. By Sri Guru Rayaru mercy the mortgage company sent their approval to close in January of 2009. and we closed the deal on January 8- 2009. This has happened by the mercy of Pujyapada Sri Guru Rayaru only. I want to thank Sri Guru Rayaru from the bottom of my heart for his kind mercy! And also I pray to Sri Guru Rayaru to forgive me for posting this miracle so late. Pujyaya Raghavendraya satyadharma ratayacha bhajatam kalpavrikshaya namatam kamadhenuve! Om Sri Raghavendraya namah!
