Miracle:	Hi All- I would like to share Miracle happened with me… I always wish to purchase a house (flat) in my area Hyderabad.. But never my loan matched with the flat rates- almost a year I been the same page.. Flat rates always go high compare to the amount of loan I was getting from bank. It all happened in one week it was really a miracle happened. We go the bank loan and friend helped with addition amount needed. To the surprise- we have visited a flat many time and the builder is to say that “all flat are booked” . We liked that flat very much- we thought we take some other flat if we get loan. The day when I got the loan- I got a call from the same bank if they can help us in locating a flat. We said “YES”. They look us to same flat which we liked and builder said it is booked. Came to know later that the person who booked did not get loan approved due to some issues. We are lucky the loan and flat on the same day and my friend also came a head and help me. This all happened due to “SRI RAYARU”………… He always helped me and be with me. Regards- Joshi.
